Refunds and cancellation

Paid plans are in early access: no payments are taken during early access, so there is nothing to refund yet. This is the policy that will apply once billing starts.
Paid plans (Starter and Agency)
- Cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
- If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
- Later payments aren't refunded for partly used periods.
Prepaid credit for live engine checks
Credit top-ups on the Free plan follow Surge Software Solutions Pvt Ltd's company-wide refund and cancellation policy.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the product name (BrandInAIAnswers) and the payment ID if you have it. Support replies within 1 business day (IST).
