# BrandInAIAnswers refunds and cancellation

Paid plans are in early access: **no payments are taken during early access**, so there is nothing to refund yet. This is the policy that will apply once billing starts.

## Paid plans (Starter and Agency)

- Cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
- If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
- Later payments aren't refunded for partly used periods.

## Prepaid credit for live engine checks

Credit top-ups on the Free plan follow Surge Software Solutions Pvt Ltd's company-wide [refund and cancellation policy](https://surgesoftware.co.in/refunds).

## How to ask

Email [corp@surgesoftware.co.in](mailto:corp@surgesoftware.co.in) from the address on your account, with the product name (BrandInAIAnswers) and the payment ID if you have it. Support replies within 1 business day (IST).
